Overview
At SSZ GROUP LLC we offer a 30 day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused in its original condition and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Additional non-returnable items:
Certain items are not eligible for return including gift cards downloadable products personal care items clearance items and customized products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted if the returned item shows signs of use is missing parts not due to our error or is returned after the approved return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If the issue continues please contact us for assistance.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange please contact us via email before sending any item back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you you may receive store credit once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Shipping returns
Return requests must be submitted by email before sending any item back.
